  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Tip: Leave some overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, almond flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined. Tip: Use a spatula to ensure even mixing.
  3. Press 2/3 of the oat mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. Tip: Use the back of a spoon to compact it firmly.
  4. Sprinkle raspberries and dark chocolate chips evenly over the oat layer. Tip: Gently press them into the base.
  5. Crumble the remaining oat mixture over the top. Tip: Don’t worry about perfect coverage—rustic is fine!
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool completely before slicing. Tip: Cooling ensures clean cuts.
